1. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

The name used for this booking must match the state issued ID presented during time of appointment. In the event the valid state issued ID does not match the name of the booking the appointment will be terminated and no refund will be given. When booking, please choose dates that allow at least 48 hours for your appointment to be completed. SAME DAY booking (dates that are less than 48 hours) have a Rush Fee of $150. Bookings are scheduled based off the availability of both the client and the maid. By booking a service you acknowledge you are at least 21 years old.

Under no circumstances are you to initiate physical contact with your Maid including and up to sexual contact. If any form of physical contact is initiated your appointment will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund. If any time during the appointment you are believed to be heavily intoxicated, extremely aggressive, or combative your appointment will be terminated.

We ask to make your experience as pleasant as possible please have your state issued ID and cleaning supplies readily available for your Maid upon arrival. You are responsible for providing your own cleaning supplies. Please confine loose and/ or aggressive pets. If you have pests (i.e. roaches, mice, ants, etc) please do not book a nude cleaning or request the maid to be barefoot. If you do not tell us in advance that you have an infestation, you will be barred from booking again.

On the day of your appointment, you will receive a text confirming your clean. This will also be the opportunity to ask any last-minute questions you may have.

 2. PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3.CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your appointment at any time although fees may apply. If your appointment is cancelled at least 5 days in advance, you will not be charged and will receive a full refund minus a $10 booking fee. If your appointment is cancelled 2-4 days from your date of appointment you will receive a full refund minus a $50 booking fee. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment you will not be refunded but will be able to reschedule your appointment to a later date. In the event you need to reschedule your appointment you are asked to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

 

3. DAMAGE TO PREMISES & LIABILITY

Your maid is relinquished from responsibility for damages that may occur. Because we will be using cleaning supplies provided by you, we are not held responsible for damages that your cleaning supplies may cause. Although we endeavor to provide high-quality cleaning services, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Cleaning quality may be affected by factors such as the condition of the premises or the cleaning supplies provided by the Client. The customer assumes all risk and responsibility for any loss, damage or injury that may occur during the cleaning service, and the company is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during or as a result of the service.

 

5. REFUNDS

Deposits for cleaning services are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  1. An act of nature or God, such as a storm, earthquake, car accident, or other unforeseeable event that prevents the service from taking place.

  2. If the Contractor needs to cancel the appointment.

Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse or any other discretionary reasons. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

6. RECORDING EQUIPMENT

Under no circumstances is the use of any form of recording device permitted. Failure to adhere to this stipulation will result in immediate termination of the service and no refunds will be granted. We reserve the right to retain and destroy any recordings made in breach of this agreement.

7.CONFIDENTIALITY

Parties herein agree to keep all and any information that they might come across
during the provision of the services herein confidential and not to disclose to any third parties without the consent of the other party. Both parties agree to complete an NDA no later than at the time of booking.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

Before any cleaning appointment can be confirmed, the Client must agree to and sign the Cleaning Service Agreement provided. By signing the Cleaning Service Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined within the agreement. Failure to sign the Cleaning Service Agreement will result in the appointment not being confirmed.
